Why us?
We are three multi-generational women with over 50 years of experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors who have worked on the front lines, behind the scenes, and everywhere in between. Our podcast was born out of our core belief that women should have access to content rooted in power, policy, and purpose — not just pop culture.
Why now?
Women have long been underserved by both legacy and modern media. The creator economy offers accessibility but lacks credibility, while traditional outlets bring authority but feel out of touch. And as AI and algorithm-driven platforms increasingly dominate our feeds, many women like us feel disconnected and disenchanted—craving authentic insights over curated narratives designed to serve someone else’s agenda. We are here to help women cut through the noise and finally choose themselves first. empowHERment isn’t just joining the conversation—we’re redefining it.
